Choose hardware that supports the controller and vehicle generation you’re actually working on.
Do not tune around a fuel-pressure problem. Verify pressure mechanically before chasing the calibration.
Injector sizing should account for fuel type, target power, duty-cycle margin and accurate characterization data.
